CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead clinical product strategies across Epic-enabled domains, aligning the roadmap with organizational goals. You will partner with executives to drive safe, efficient care pathways and clinician tools across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, PA) in good standing.
Active clinical practice ~20% FTE.
10–12 years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record in care outcomes and patient safety.
Epic Builder training and/or certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical product and technology strategy for Epic-enabled domains.
Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows and safety.
Translate clinical/business needs into Epic roadmaps and clinician tools.
Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation and go-lives as clinical sponsor.
Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvements.
