Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Nursing Informatics training lead to manage the physician education programs for informatics systems, including Cerner CPOE, Cerner Clinical Documentation, Dragon, and Horizon Patient Folder workflows.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining evidence-based order sets and fostering collaboration across the care team while aligning with the hospital’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri required.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree required; BSN encouraged within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Medical Staff informatics training program.
• Oversee creation, implementation and training of physician educational programs for informatics systems (Cerner CPOE, Cerner Clinical Documentation, Dragon Speech Recognition, Horizon Patient Folder).
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and maintain evidence-based order sets.

Education

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

BSN or Completion of BSN within 5 years of hire date

Missouri RN licensure
