• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training for clinical systems and EHRs.
• Provide onboarding for physicians, nursing staff, clinic staff, and other employees.
• Offer ongoing education and support to end users to promote proficiency and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize clinical workflows and system adoption.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution for clinical applications.
