Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME seeks an Associate Clinical Informatics Coordinator (CIC) to support our EHR systems and related healthcare applications across service lines. The role partners with clinical, operational, technical, and leadership teams to improve workflows, provide application support, and deliver training.

This full-time, hybrid position includes travel throughout Maine, offering a path for professional growth and contributing to patient care improvements across home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health informatics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare technology and EHR support experience.
• Experience with workflow analysis, end-user support, and training preferred.
• Home health, hospice, or community healthcare experience is a plus.
• No clinical license required.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot EHR and healthcare applications.
• Document and optimize clinical and operational workflows.
• Develop and deliver user training and educational resources.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Quality, Compliance, Information Systems, Revenue Cycle, and service-line leaders.
• Analyze application and workflow data to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
