Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the Philadelphia metro area seeks a Breast Care Sales Representative to promote SPY fluorescence imaging systems, MOLLI, and Invuity within hospitals and operating rooms.

You will educate clinicians, drive capital purchases, and build strong relationships with OR teams and administrators while meeting aggressive regional sales targets. Travel is required with base draw plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of selling experience with a proven record.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff and hospital administration.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells SPY fluorescence imaging system, MOLLI, and Invuity to hospitals to achieve sales goals.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across surgeon specialties.
• Become a clinical expert across imaging platforms and industry trends.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Develop strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in the region.
