Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of work experience in a health care facility or clinic.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based computer systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at front desk and collect appropriate forms; enter patient information in EMR.
• Provide patient education on contraception options and services.
• Schedule appointments and understand all PPAZ services and fees.
• Maintain medical records and transfer charts between clinics; log transfers.
• Handle basic billing and cash procedures under supervision.

Education

High School diploma or GED

One year of health care facility or clinic experience

Two years of customer service experience

Certified Medical Assistant

Windows-based computer systems experience helpful
