Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our Augusta region team. The role blends patient-centered front desk duties with light clinical support at the ASC, including greeting patients, check-in/check-out, copays, and chart preparation.

Travel to other clinic locations may be required. You will work under supervision of the Front Desk Operations Manager in a fast-paced, full-time setting, contributing to smooth patient flow and accurate administrative

Qualifications

• Experience using eClinicalWorks or other EHR system preferred.
• 1-year clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and verifying insurance and copays.
• Checking in/out patients, scheduling, and referrals.
• Collecting copays and preparing charts.
• Assisting patients to their vehicle when necessary.
• Communicating messages between patients and administration.
• Reporting to the office manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
