Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support ASC operations and clerical tasks. Under supervision of a licensed provider, you will handle patient check-ins, scheduling, and basic clinical duties.

Candidates should be comfortable with blood handling, able to lift 45 pounds, and ready to travel between region 101 clinics. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1 year of clinical experience preferred, and experience with EHR systems is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience with eClinicalWorks or other EHR systems preferred.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate directly with patients and their needs.
• Greet patients: check-in, collect copay, verify insurance, prepare charts.
• Check out patients: scheduling, referrals, verify prescriptions as needed.
• Assist patients to their vehicle when necessary.
• Process messages between patients and administration or other medical offices.
• Report to office manager and/or practice administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
