Job summary

Infinite Legacy seeks a Hospital Services Field Trainer to lead onboarding, clinical orientation, and competency validation. You will coach on-site and in the field, verify readiness for independent practice, and partner with Education leadership to standardize training.

You will travel to regional offices and donor hospitals, manage performance metrics, and support continuous improvement in clinical education and collaboration with hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, or a similar field; or Associate’s with additional relevant experience.
• Hospital experience preferred, with exposure to critical care, ED, or donor processes.
• Proven autonomous project management and teamwork abilities.
• Two years of formal preceptor or competency validation experience.
• Four+ years in Hospital Services or related nursing/therapy roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Education and leadership to plan comprehensive training for Hospital Services roles.
• Facilitates field training experiences using SOPs and clinical checklists.
• Develops curricula for clinical field experiences and ongoing education.
• Lead simulation programs and debriefings to review progress toward goals.
• Document training outcomes and competency progress with audit-ready records.
• Assess readiness for independent practice and escalate if standards aren’t met.
• Monitor new employee performance and provide timely feedback to leadership.
• Serve as SME for hospital services processes and collaborations.
• Schedule field experiences and partner education activities.
• Track training metrics and contribute to data-driven improvements.
• Perform needs assessments and implement targeted development plans.
• Engage in continuous initiatives to measure competency and learning impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
