Job summary

Infinite Legacy seeks a Hospital Services Field Trainer to lead onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and ongoing skills development across Hospital Services teams. The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, real-time coaching, and performance evaluation in a dynamic clinical setting.

Travel to regional offices and donor hospitals is required; schedule flexibility includes day, night, and weekend shifts to support training across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare/education-related field or strong alternative combination.
• 2+ years formal preceptor, educator, or competency validation experience including direct observation and feedback.
• Minimum 4 years in Hospital Services or related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to design comprehensive training for Hospital Services roles.
• Facilitates field training and simulations following SOPs to support skill development.
• Develops and deploys curricula for Hospital Services training and education programs.
• Tracks training metrics and documents outcomes for audit readiness.
• Assists in readiness assessments for independent practice and escalates gaps as needed.
