Job summary

TRIMEDX seeks a seasoned clinical engineering leader to own a multi-site operation, managing P&L and driving patient care impact. You will lead and develop teams, set clear expectations, and elevate execution across sites.

You will translate metrics into action, improve uptime and compliance, and partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for every inspection. TRIMEDX promotes growth and a culture of empowerment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
