Job summary

Trimedx Milwaukee, WI seeks a Clinical Engineering Site Manager to lead engineering initiatives and optimize service delivery under the MEMP. You will coordinate technicians, schedule resources, and ensure quality and patient safety through strong leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electronics/engineering with 5+ years in clinical engineering and 3+ years of people leadership. Experience with Joint Commission inspections and budgeting is preferred; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering or a related field.
• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES or CCE preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presenting communication skills.
• Ability to perform financial analysis and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and provide direction to technicians and supervisors.
• Manage service contracts, resources, and inventory with KPI tracking.
• Ensure Joint Commission inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships at hospital executives level.
• Drive continuous improvement and action on performance gaps.
