Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to deliver completed projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement company-wide Operational Excellence initiatives to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost.
• Design new and improved processes aligned with enterprise direction to improve service delivery.
• Manage project resources, constraints, and objectives to produce quality deliverables within deadline and budget.
• Travel to sites or work with Central Office associates for data collection and analysis.
• Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and education.
• Perform periodic inspections of current inventory status.
• Liaise between team, management and customers to ensure deliverables meet customer needs.
• Foster trust and openness with team members, colleagues and customers.
• Interface with all levels to influence consensus and initiatives.
