Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Clinical Educator to train and mentor clinicians across our home health services. You will lead new hire orientation, ongoing education, and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating with clinical leadership, supporting outcomes, and providing expert clinical guidance to field staff, including on-call support as needed. This position is based in Florida and reports to the Director of Nursing/Patient Care Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, incl. 2+ years in home health.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS Q&As per OASIS manual.
• Prior mentoring or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, educate, and evaluate clinicians and caregivers.
• Conduct regular training classes for orientation, skill advancement, and re-education.
• Provide initial education and ongoing mentorship to new staff.
• Support clinical leadership to achieve outcomes and care coordination.
