Amedisys, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Development Specialist to lead education and mentoring for clinicians in home health. You will coordinate orientation, deliver hands-on training, and ensure clinical competencies across the care network.

Eligibility requires an active RN license and a minimum of two years in home health, with experience in education delivery and mentoring. Competitive benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and guide new graduates and colleagues in clinical skills.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding across POD/region.
• Deliver ongoing education and mentoring to staff in home health care.
• Assess learning needs and provide tailored training plans.
• Provide timely feedback and evaluate mentee progress.
• Perform field ride-alongs as part of orientation.
