Zusammenfassung

Empath Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to mentor and educate clinical colleagues, providing just-in-time training and orientation for new staff across the program.

As an embedded member of the clinical team, you will coordinate field orientation, ensure required training is completed, deliver bedside coaching, and support quality improvement while traveling 2–3 times weekly between Ocala, Naples and other service areas, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical preceptor, manager or mentor role.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in home health.
• Must have reliable transportation for timely tasks.
• Some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• HCHB experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversees and facilitates field orientation for new clinical colleagues in assigned program/area.
• Ensures required training for new colleagues is conducted by coordinating and following up with managers and preceptors.
• Communicates progress and provides developmental feedback to new clinical colleagues and their supervisors at regular intervals.
• Serves as a clinical, quality, and compliance resource by conducting field visits, providing feedback to improve quality and performance.
• Provides bedside teaching and coaching to clinical colleagues.
• Offers support and problem-solving assistance.
• Reviews clinical colleagues' documentation and provides guidance to ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for additional clinical training and professional development and collaborates with other members of the Clinical Education team.
• Collaborate with clinical operations leaders in the identification and development of field orientation and training programs for assigned program/area.
• Maintains skills in area of practice and assumes responsibility for own continuing professional development.
