• Ability to lead training while managing a small patient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentoring through the first year.
• Monitor orientation progress and address opportunities for improvement.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback in person or via Zoom to new and seasoned clinicians.
• Develop and mentor new preceptors with ongoing effectiveness assessments.
