Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Educator to develop and evaluate clinical education for licensed and unlicensed staff across shifts. You will collaborate with unit leadership to ensure competency at hire and annually, and promote adherence to accreditation standards, policies, and guidelines.

• Adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice in Nursing Professional Development roles established by the Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) to include: Educator, Consultant, Researcher, Facilitator, Change Agent, and Leader.
• Provides patient care as required.
