Job summary

Encompass Health in Owasso, OK is seeking a Hospital Educator to plan, develop, and coordinate in-service education for all staff, while building partnerships with local schools and coordinating clinical rotations.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership to assess educational needs, implement training programs, and ensure regulatory and Joint Commission compliance. This role offers growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license required.
• Experience coordinating staff trainings and in-service education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple education projects and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff completion of BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Manage equipment and skills stations for BLS/ACLS training.
• Coordinate clinical rotations and student orientation activities.
• Train staff in new-hire and overall hospital orientation.
• Support compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
