Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, helpful demeanor to internal/external associates and customers in person or by phone.
• Provide administrative support for programs and educators; relieve team of administrative duties.
• Coordinate and manage clinical projects to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate to ensure high quality customer service for end users.
• Assist with department needs and coverage as necessary; use downtime to help others.
• Perform multitasking administrative duties including events, calendars, course management, and equipment management.
