Universal Health Services in Texas seeks a Nurse Educator to advance staff knowledge and patient care through orientation, ongoing inservices, coaching and clinical coaching. The role supports adoption of new technologies, evidence-based practice and research within South Texas Health System facilities.

Requires Texas nursing licensure, BSN preferred (MSN welcome) and active BLS; ACLS/PALS as needed with training within specified timelines. Commitment to compliance and safety is essential.

Competenze

• Must adhere to the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• RN licensure by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners required.
• BSN degree preferred; if not BSN, enrollment in BSN program within 24 months.
• Maintain BLS; ACLS and PALS certifications or instructor training within defined timelines.
