Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required with current WV nursing license or eligibility.
- AHA Instructor status within 12 months of hire is required.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Preferred: Master's in Nursing or related field; certification in nursing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates and evaluates onboarding and orientation for clinical staff.
- Manages competency assessment processes for clinical staff.
- Supports professional role development and education program design.
- Leads research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives in education.
- Collaborates with interprofessional teams to improve consumer outcomes.
- Maintains AHA instructor status and participates in related training.
- Assesses learning needs and disseminates findings to management and CED department.
- Ensures educational materials meet regulatory and accrediting standards.
