Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a part-time Clinical Advancement Educator who acts as educator, consultant, role model, staff/patient advocate, change agent, and leader.

In collaboration with leadership, this role designs, develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs to improve clinical care and organizational outcomes. Requires BSN (MSN preferred) and current PA RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS and other certifications may be required depending on units.

Qualifications

• Minimum: BSN
• Preferred: MSN
• Experience with adult learning principles is preferred

• Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates educational offerings to improve clinical care and organizational outcomes.
• Coaches and mentors staff to become expert clinicians, critical thinkers and leaders
