Job summary

Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a part-time Clinical Advancement Educator to design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational offerings that improve clinical care and organizational outcomes.

In collaboration with leadership, you will mentor staff to become expert clinicians, critical thinkers, and leaders. The role supports professional nursing practice by coaching and guiding multidisciplinary teams, applying adult learning principles, and using computer-based learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current PA RN license.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and related instructor certifications preferred or via timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational offerings to improve clinical care and organizational outcomes.
