Bournewood Health Systems in Brookline, MA seeks a Director of Staff Education to lead hospital-wide education programs. The role focuses on clinical education, orientation, and CEU facilitation to diverse professionals in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

You will partner with leaders to develop annual curricula, ensure regulatory compliance, credential staff, and supervise education staff, driving trauma-informed, person-centered care across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree in nursing or education is preferred.
• RN licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year related educational experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices.

• Plan and collaborate with clinical department heads to develop and implement an annual training curriculum.
• Maintain documentation of educational descriptions and attendance.
• Provide required documentation for personnel files.
• Facilitate CEU credit for licensed professionals.
