Job summary

Baystate Noble Hospital is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist for Emergency Department/Trauma to lead education initiatives, develop competency-based orientation, and serve as a subject matter expert across Baystate Health. This role requires travel between facilities and ongoing collaboration with clinical teams.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate education programs, facilitate learner-centered sessions, and align education with system goals through research and quality partnerships.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
• 5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Department/Trauma.
• Experience in education, staff development, or clinical instruction.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development or Specialty within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of ED/Trauma education programs across Baystate Health.
• Serve as SME and resource for clinical teams within the specialty.
• Develop and maintain competency-based orientation and teach classes.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Promote EBP integration and align education with system goals and outcomes.
• Standardize and scale programs across BH facilities with travel between sites.
