Job summary

Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, seeks a Clinical Education Supervisor to lead facility education initiatives. The role focuses on collaboration, standardization, and alignment of orientation, competencies, and ongoing learning across departments.

The position partners with Educators to advance clinical education, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve patient outcomes through evidence-based learning strategies.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of clinical experience required.
• Must have and maintain Tennessee State RN license. CPR required.
• Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Master’s degree in a directly-related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advance clinical education initiatives at the facility.
• Provide dotted-line leadership, guidance, and coordination to Educators.
• Promote consistency and standardization of orientation, competencies, and ongoing education.
• Partner with department leaders to assess education needs and develop learning solutions.
• Support enterprise education programs at the facility level.
• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate education content, including classroom, simulation, and e-learning.
• Monitor compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards related to clinical education.
• Track education metrics and communicate results to facility leadership.
• Facilitate educator collaboration and alignment across departments.
