Morgan Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to develop and deliver education programs improving clinical skills and patient care across the hospital. You will lead staff training, update education for new services, and collaborate with clinical teams to close learning gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical education or staff training in healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for staff.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve clinical competencies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Lead BLS, ACLS, and PALS training for staff and new hires.
• Maintain records of training activities and staff progress.
• Oversee education for new hospital services and community programs.
