You will collaborate with the Nursing Education & Professional Development team to oversee training and patient safety initiatives, applying evidence-based practices and leading change to improve care quality.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana.
• Three years clinical experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, implement, and evaluate unit-based clinical education for nursing staff.
• Serve as a resource to nursing staff, nursing students, and other healthcare personnel.
• Collaborate to oversee clinical training and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide clinical expertise to support competency and evidence-based practice.
