Job summary

Morgan Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to develop and deliver educational programs that enhance clinical skills and patient care. You will lead training for staff, create learning solutions with clinical teams, and stay current with industry standards to ensure excellence.

The role includes mentoring staff, evaluating program effectiveness, and coordinating education across new service lines, with opportunities to lead community health initiatives and drive quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Valid clinical license or certification relevant to the healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in clinical education, ED/Med Surg, training, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
  • Organizational skills, budget and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs tailored to the needs of healthcare staff.

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify educational gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Conduct BLS, ACLS and PALS training for staff and new hires.

  • Provide mentorship and support to new and existing staff to foster continuous learning.
  • Assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Form education for all new service lines and oversee all clinical education for the hospital.
  • Manage community-based programs, including community health fairs, education and training events.
