Job summary

Care Synergy is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver clinical education and professional development for staff across the enterprise. The role focuses on preparing employees for clinical practice and improving patient care through effective training materials and blended learning approaches.

The educator collaborates with the Director of Education to assess needs, design programs, and deliver education to groups and individuals. Travel is required across Front Range locations.

Qualifications

• Three years nursing experience preferred.
• BSN preferred or RN with equivalent experience.
• Current Colorado RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education to Enterprise wide staff.
• Prepare employees for clinical practice and patient care.
• Create and deliver training materials in multiple formats.
