Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Executive Account Specialist to promote our products across community practices and health systems. You will build relationships with neurology, pain medicine, rehab, primary care, and pharmacy accounts, and train hospital staff on injection techniques.

You will travel to cover territory, meet HCIR credentialing requirements, and collaborate with other specialists to deliver training and grow AbbVie products in line with the US Marketing Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Five years of sales experience with three or more years in clinical/technical/consultative sales preferred
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to gain access to facilities

Responsibilities

• Promote a product to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems
• Identify customer needs and address with AbbVie resources
• Deliver anatomical/procedural information and training for injection paradigms/postures
• Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and hospital personnel
• Collaborate with Account Specialists to promote products for approved indications and trainings
• Utilize AbbVie resources to enhance productivity and growth per US Marketing Plan
