Job summary

CVS Health is hiring full-time Clinic Informatics Specialists (Scribes) in Albuquerque to support providers with real-time documentation and coding. You will observe patient encounters, document structured notes, and help close care gaps through documentation and population health tools.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely documentation, and collaboration with the care team to support value-based care and chronic condition management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering.
• Scribe or transcription experience is preferred but not required.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes in real time.
• Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support clinical documentation improvement and daily huddles.
• Provide administrative support to the care team.
