Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the clinical team and therapeutic services. This full-time leadership role requires guiding clinical education, providing internal and external trainings, and ensuring quality of care for individuals with IDD and mental health needs.

The position involves coordinating team meetings, supervising staff, and assisting with START-related activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; valid licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Full licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC verified with BBS; experience in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to the clinical team.
• Lead weekly clinical team meetings and on-call rotation as back-up manager.
• Provide training on clinical topics to the team.
• Review records and psychological evaluations; give clinical feedback for approvals.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director on weekly clinical consults for complex cases.
• Develop community relationships and linkages, and support coordinators in team and systems work.
