Job summary

Training Wheels ABA is seeking a Clinical Director in South Austin, TX to lead clinical excellence, mentor BCBAs, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care for children with autism. This in-person leadership role balances clinical practice with team development.

You will manage a small caseload, oversee treatment plans, ensure Medicaid readiness, collaborate with Operations, and drive data-driven improvements while fostering a supportive, mission-driven clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring, training, supervising, or developing BCBAs and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with clinical excellence and mentorship of BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Coordinate with Operations to achieve clinic KPIs while maintaining clinical integrity.
• Monitor client progress, treatment intensity, and data-informed decisions.
• Ensure timely assessments, approvals, and documentation for Medicaid and payers.
• Maintain strong clinical documentation and audit readiness.
