Job summary

Training Wheels ABA LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical excellence and develop staff across clinics. This leadership role blends hands-on ABA practice with strategic oversight to empower children and families.

You will mentor BCBAs, oversee treatment planning, collaborate with Operations, and ensure Medicaid/compliance standards are met while maintaining a strong, supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing and leadership experience preferred.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practices.
• Experience with insurance authorizations, treatment plan submissions, reassessments, and clinical documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Excellence, maintaining a small clinical caseload and ensuring treatment is individualized and evidence-based.
• Develop and lead clinical teams, mentoring BCBAs and supporting staff development.
• Partner with Operations to achieve clinic KPIs while maintaining clinical integrity.
• Lead with data, monitor progress and use data to drive improvements and accountability.
• Ensure caregiver training is meaningful and aligned with treatment goals.
• Maintain strong clinical documentation to withstand Medicaid and insurance reviews.
