Training Wheels ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Austin clinical team in South Austin, TX 78745. We prioritize clinical quality, accessible leadership, and collaboration.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, train parents, and maintain documentation while benefiting from an operations team and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for early intervention and client progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with funding and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support staff development and clinical training initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Clinical Structure & Caseload

• Average caseload of 7 to 8 clients
• 32 billable hours per week supported by strong clinical and operational infrastructure
• Dedicated operations support reduces administrative workload

• In-clinic and in-home service opportunities available
• Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
