Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health related field.
• Licensed Psychologist or LMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LCDC in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of substance abuse program management and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Clinical department including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling.
• Develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth.
• Provide clinical training to clinical staff and interns.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with management on cross-department communication and strategic planning.
• Lead daily staff activities and supervise the Client Programs schedule.
