Job summary

LifeStance Health in Southern California seeks a Clinical Director to oversee psychotherapy clinicians, coaching and developing staff, and implementing clinical strategy with operations leadership. The role emphasizes recruitment, hiring, and ensuring clinical integrity across centers.

The position requires a MA in a relevant field, 5+ years of clinical leadership, an active license, and ability to supervise in WI is a plus. Travel and onsite presence are expected.

Qualifications

• MA degree in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Experience in clinical leadership
• Active license
• Independent Clinical Supervisor (ICS) credential in WI and ability to supervise alcohol and other drug addiction services as well as mental health is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Advances clinical strategy and operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Monitors KPIs and quality metrics, and addresses clinical trends.
