Job summary

ChenMed seeks a Center Clinical Director to supervise and train PCPs, improve clinical quality and center performance. The role balances leadership with direct patient care as needed, guiding the care team and shaping clinical culture across the center.

Responsibilities include leading weekly meetings, coordinating with operations, mentoring providers, and driving patient outcomes while aligning with market strategy and center growth.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar.
• Active MD licensure in the state of employment.
• Board certification preferred; Board Eligibility required.
• Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
• BLS certification within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train PCPs in the assigned center and oversee center clinical outcomes.
• Lead care teams and weekly SH/TCM meetings to improve care delivery.
• Collaborate with Center Operations Director and Market GM to drive center performance.
• Recruit patients and interview providers to grow center membership.
• Provide direct patient care as a PCP when needed.
