Thompson Child & Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director for Community-based services in the Charlotte Metro area.

The role combines administrative and clinical supervision of therapists and intensive in-home clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and strong communication with leadership and staff. Qualifications

• Must have a master’s or doctoral degree and an active clinical licensure in NC.
• 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field.
• Leadership/management exposure through projects or roles.
• Passion for growing and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to contracted outpatient therapists and intensive in-home clinicians in the Charlotte Metro area.
• Coach and hold direct reports accountable, drive excellence in clinical care, and ensure client and program needs are met.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and effective communication with leader, peers, and direct reports.
• Role can be office-based or hybrid with multiple days in the office.
