The Medical Director provides psychiatric oversight and clinical governance for Thompson’s North Carolina programs. This role is administrative and supervisory in nature and is designed to complement a full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is responsible for day‑to‑day psychiatric care.
Note: All residential staff must pass a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and demonstrate proper physical Therapeutic techniques and holds.
