Job summary

Thompson seeks a Clinical Director for Community-based services to lead and supervise outpatient therapists and in-home clinicians in the Charlotte Metro area. You will ensure delivery of high-quality care and maintain strong communication with leadership and staff.

The role offers hybrid work options, with several in-office days at the Family Service Center on Wendover Rd in Charlotte. A comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Master’s or doctoral degree and active clinical licensure in NC.
• Preference for a clinical supervisor license and for Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with NC licensure.
• 3 years of high performance work experience in a related field.
• Leadership/management experience or project coordination is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to outpatient therapists and in-home clinicians.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and effective communication with leaders and direct reports.
• Coach, hold direct reports accountable, and drive excellence in clinical care.
