ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Clinical Director/ BCBA to lead a single clinic location in Woodbridge, VA. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Oversee daily implementation of behavior intervention and client documentation.
• Provide guidance to grow clinical and professional skills of BCBAs.
• Conduct on-site supervision of BCBAs and RBTs at service locations.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of clinical team.
