Qualifications

• Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience.
• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead clinical care in a fast-moving, 24-hour admission environment.
• Working knowledge of ASAM criteria and co-occurring treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical program - counselors, clinicians, group curriculum, and clinical quality.
• Review and sign assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide and document clinical supervision for clinical and direct care staff.
• Lead the multidisciplinary team review for every patient stay.
• Keep clinical documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
• Carry a small direct caseload and stay close to the work.

Education

LADC I or independent license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or licensed psychologist) with a master's degree in a related field
