Qualifications

• Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to educate staff, clients and families.
• Monitor clinical records and programming to meet regulatory and TRS standards.
• Develop and maintain program curriculum using evidence-based treatment.
• Provide specialty services to enhance client treatment experience.
• Supervise clinical staff and supervise direct reports.
• Train staff and conduct regular meetings to improve procedures and effectiveness.
• Support marketing and community relations as needed.
• Conduct specialty groups as directed by leadership.

Licensed Clinical Director (LMHC or LICSW)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: Starting at $90k

CORE JOB DUTIES:

The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program
• Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards
• Develops, implements and maintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP
• Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience
• Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports

Additional Responsibilities:

• Trains and assists in the professional development of staff.
• Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness
• Assists with marketing and community relations as needed
• Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Credentials:

LICSW or LMHC licensure required.

Education:

A Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a Master's in a counseling-related field from an accredited college or university required.

Experience:

Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.
