Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a Clinical Director for the High Point Clinic. This full-time role leads the Clinical Support Supervisor team and oversees clinical and administrative policies, schedules, and training initiatives.

You will ensure high-quality session notes, billable hours, and effective communication across teams. The position requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, state licensure, and strong HR/training management skills in a behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification current and state licensure required.
• Proven experience designing and managing employee training programs.
• Knowledge of behavioral health industry and terminology.
• HR management knowledge with regulatory awareness.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Clinical Support Supervisor team.
• Ensure clinicians follow policies and maintain high-quality session notes.
• Monitor weekly billable hours, notes quality, and required communications.
• Coordinate training and align schedules with clinical goals.
• Implement performance feedback systems and annual evaluations.
• Audit trainings, data collection, and session notes for quality.
• Review treatment integrity and ensure proper protocol implementation.
• Oversee initial ABA assessments and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional training across clinical and admin teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and families.
