Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to advance clinical leadership and drive exceptional outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorders in North Carolina. You will partner with senior clinicians to optimize care, data-driven decision making, and organizational growth.

You will contribute to high-level collaboration, clinical KPIs, and strategic initiatives while mentoring teams and ensuring the delivery of gold-standard ABA services in a supportive,

Qualifikationen

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics.
• In good standing on BCBA metrics including Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends, POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, and RBT Supervision Rates.

• Day-to-day Support in Clinic
• Support Community Building within Clinic
• Conducting Interviews
• Participating in Outreach Events
• Review Operational Dashboards and work with Clinic Director to improve opportunities
• Review Intake Packets and Support Client/BCBA Pairings
• Attend Weekly Caseload Planning Meetings
• Participate in 1:1 Supervision Meetings with BCBA’s and Clinic Directors
• Lead RBT Performance Conversations
• Develop Skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)
