Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC seeks a seasoned Clinical Operations Manager to lead the Clinical Support Supervisor team at our High Point clinic. You will oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and adherence to administrative and clinical policies across the clinical staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring weekly billable hours, high-quality session notes, and robust training outcomes; coordinating with clinical leadership; auditing training and treatment integrity; and sustaining

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing and appropriate State licensure.
• Proven experience organizing and managing employee training.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement best practices related to training.
• In-depth human resources management knowledge.
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems including Salesforce and Paylocity.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management to the Clinical Support Supervisor team and conduct check-ins.
• Ensure adherence to administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintain weekly billable hours, high-quality session notes, and required communications.
• Coordinate training goals, schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Audit trainings and treatment integrity with the manager and clinical leadership.
• Oversee client treatment plans and outcomes, and maintain records.
• Communicate across clinical and administrative teams on training and scheduling.
