## Clinical DirectorApply: High Point Clinic: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: JR101727**Join & Lead our High Point Clinic!** Essential Functions Management of Clinical Support Supervisors • Provide direct management to the Clinical Support Supervisor team. • Conduct individual check in meetings with Clinical Support Supervisors as outlined. • Ensure clinicians adhere to company administrative and clinical policies and procedures. • Ensure weekly billable hours are met, session notes are converted, session notes are of high quality, and required communications are fulfilled. • Ensure weekly schedules and training sessions align with the current clinical training goals and initiatives. • Implement performance feedback systems (e.g., annual evaluations, weekly meetings) for each member of the training team. • Provide detailed reports in collaboration with manager to clinical leadership related to training outcomes. • Audit delivered trainings, data collection systems, and/or session notes at set frequencies in collaboration with manager. Identify needs and develop a training plan is to address areas of need. • Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols by their assigned team. • Ensure initial ABA assessments are completed and submitted in accordance with company policies and expectations. • Coordinate training support across the clinical team as outlined to ensure high priority training needs are met. • Communicate across clinical and administrative teams and managers in training and scheduling related matters. Client Caseload Oversight • Identify \"red flag\" issues (i.e., terminations, significant increases in behavior excesses, plateaus or decline of lesson progression, staff problems), and general case oversight. • Maintain all administrative records, client files and electronic files in accordance with corporate requirements including updated authorizations, contact and client information. • Responsible for the oversight of permanent client treatment plans and outcomes. • Establish effective and ongoing clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families and maintain appropriate boundaries. • Assist with caseload management of assigned technicians (e.g., re-staffs, resignations, terminations). Other • Support the Clinical Management team with Clinical Supervisor assignments and coverage as needed. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
